Privacy policy

This page explains what data this site collects, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are. It covers the public website. Data processing carried out during the firm’s engagements and inside the client area is covered by a separate notice.

Data collected

This site only collects the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form:

  • full name
  • company name
  • e-mail address
  • phone number, if you provide one
  • service concerned and preferred contact method
  • the content of your message

No account is created, no advertising profile is built and no data is bought from third parties.

Purpose

This data is used solely to handle your request and to get back to you. It is not used for unsolicited marketing.

Basis for processing

Processing is based on your consent, collected when you submit the form, and on the firm’s legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries addressed to it.

Retention period

Requests received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then archived for a limited period to track the relationship. A request with no follow-up is deleted. If an engagement begins, the data joins the client file and follows the applicable statutory retention periods.

Recipients

The data is accessible only to the firm’s staff handling incoming requests, and to the technical providers strictly necessary for hosting the site and delivering messages. It is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is validated server-side, protected against automated submissions and not stored in your browser. No accounting document can be uploaded to this site: those exchanges go through the authenticated client area.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. No consent banner is therefore required. Should a measurement tool be added in future, it would only run after your consent was collected, and this page would be updated.

Your rights

Under Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

  • access the data concerning you
  • request its correction
  • request its deletion
  • object to its processing
  • withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise these rights, send your request to the firm through the contact form. You may also refer the matter to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).
